Duchy of Warsaw

Antique order and romantic passion – this flatware express, what in the beginning of XIX century dominated in Polish culture: love for classicistic forms connected with blooming romanticism. Rhapsody

Line, asymmetry, rich ornament – Art Noveau also in applied art was a source for the elaborated esthetic sensations. Rhapsody tableware is a good example of that. They relate to fin de siecle design, which triumphed in European art at the end of the XIX century. Rhapsody features plant motif resembling bursting bud. Because of its sophisticated form they suit the table at sumptuous receptions.

Spanish fantasy inspired by Georges Bizet’s opera, baroque form combined with naturalistically engraved twigs and flowers – all of that can be find in tableware Carmen.
